Such a much more mellow atmosphere. I don't dread having to go once a week, although I'd prefer my every 2 week's back. The staff is more involved and try their best to work with me and help me with the needs that I'm having at the time! I would've left ARC much sooner had I known.

Excessive drug use on premises Prevelent narcotics sales by patients, and others at the front door. Multiple documented HIPPA Violations Not following Florida Statue or Federal Laws Unable to comfrom to joint commission guidlines for grievance process. Improper Dishcharge of patients depended upon a medication with no transfer or detox. Extremely high turn over rate for staff. Nurses. I have been going to this clinic since December 15 2023. Everyone here is so friendly and kind. I use to go to the methadone clinic on Forest Hill Boulevard and 95 , that was back in 2010 I find this Clinic to be 10 times better. It’s not crowded and packed with people it’s a nice small quiet office , I go there every day and I’m in and out within five minutes. If you’re thinking about taking methadone I highly recommend this clinic.
