First of all, I got there at 802 on a Saturday morning with 23 people still in the building dosing. I was told I couldn't dose because she was shutting the machines down. Meanwhile, I could not get in the parking lot because there was an Uber driver in the middle of the parking lot that refused to move. There's no control over the parking lot. And that's ridiculous if somebody's in there dosing, you can't be shutting the machine down 2 minutes.
I have to say that since I have been going to this clinic every person working there has been nothing but nice to me! I really enjoy seeing the staff when I go in!
Ì started going to this clinic when I moved here from New York. Kaylee was my counselor and she was great she genuinely cared about my recovery and progress and growth. Since then Kaylee is no longer there and I was assigned a counselor named Benny... he has put in 0 effort to help me with my treatment. I was up staying with my family during the memorial holiday weekend. I was a guest doser. I had made prior arrangements made through my home clinic. I was very pleased with how I was treated and welcomed as if I were a regular patient. Hats off to the crew that works there. I can only imagine what types you may have to deal with since I used to live in Cocoa back in the 70s. Bless you all and thank you for making me feel right at home.
I would say that the program director of this clinic, Nicole Kemp, is one of the rudest professionals that I have spoken to in this profession. I do not understand how they can have someone with such an attitude problem be the program director of a clinic. For some background information I am a supervisor of a methadone clinic and I was calling this specific clinic because a patient needed to set up guest dosing and was trying to transfer to this clinic.
