New drivers get loads that don't pay much at all while drivers who are in the "Family" get the loads that pay the most and go home at decent hours while newbys are stuck with end of day long hauls that pay minimum. The trucks are barely legal and break down constantly. If you decide to end employment, they tell you that your truck paperwork is not in the truck when you leave and keep your last check. Newbys make $300 wk if you're lucky. too many long hours for measly pay! They are constantly having to replace drivers who learn the truth and look for a real job. Too many more things I could say, but this should be enough to get the truth out. I've had a CDL for years over the road and local without even a single ticket or violation. this company is unsafe and unprofessional. you've been warned.

I have been with them for two years in March.. They are a good company to work for..Dispatch is awesome treats you with respect...You can get performance bonuses and safety bonuses..They are probably the best company to work for in this type of business..I would recommend them to anyone...Thanks

I started 2 weeks ago and I have no problems with the company. Dispatch is easy to work with and have plenty of work. The Ladies in HR have no problems helping you and there is plenty of drivers to help you also. You also get weekends off. Shop gets on your trucks when they need fixing so you have much down time. I am very happy with the company and would definitely recommend them to other drivers.
