We love and are so thankful for lexi(a speech therapist) and crystal(an occupational therapist) the improvements our daughter has made while seeing them have been leaps and bounds. She looks forward to going every week now, they engage with her in a way where she wants to participate. Can’t say enough good things about them
My daughter’s pediatrician and physical therapist recommended OT. We went for an evaluation here. At the time the occupational therapist agreed to start sessions and even held our place until the pediatrician signed off on the plan of care. And now the occupational therapist Called to say she doesn’t need it now. We believe that is not right and we feel that they are giving our slot to someone else or that the occupational therapist no longer wants to be there at the latest time they offer.
Even if you have a set schedule they will change it to the most inconvenient time and then change it again and again. No, one in the office knows or understands anything. Sit on the phone for 5 min in silence because she must of forget we were on the phone. Every day it’s something new with this place.
