The office staff and managers are extremely rude, and honestly horrible people. Phone calls were rude and incompetent. In person office visit for post-op was degrading for absolutely zero reason. Office people were even hateful towards each other. When talking to workers during check in, they got mad that they can't hear me, even though I'm the only one in there and I'm literally talking super loud for them because their glass window was closed. My experience with this office was quite disappointing. I faced difficulties even before the appointment — it took me three days and 14 phone calls to successfully schedule my post-surgery follow-up. The receptionist did not seem concerned about offering a welcoming or patient-focused experience. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was asked to complete nearly 10 pages of personal and medical history forms. When I call this office, the person who answers, does not want to give her name. She transfers the call without hearing what I have to say. The transfer goes to a voicemail that does not return the call. The office manager must pay attention to this very important detail.
Wow incredibly annoying to have to wait in this office the staff makes the experience the worst possible too busy talking instead of working they don't even acknowledge you very rude obviously the doctor does not care either all the reviews are the same
