WARNING! INCOMPETENT BILLING & ACCOUNTING. They never sent me a billing statement for the $440.00 they say I owe before sending me to a collection agency 2 yrs after my therapy. CFS&PT has not returned or answered any of my phone calls or e-mails and has not been able to provide me with a date of service or CPT codes billed but denied. I do not recommend going to this musty office with grimy equipment, an incompetent biller and a president/physical therapist who does not seem to care. The old lady at the desk made me feel uncomfortable in several occasions, she’s rude
Wonderful staff!! I experienced a terrible injury to the knee with multiple surgeries required. MRS. Kathleen is very knowledgeable and caring. She strengthened my muscles and ligaments so I could walk again after my first surgery and Im confident after my second that Ill be waltzing in no time again! I Highly recommend!!
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Willing to work with a flexible schedule and help you sort out the information you need. I give this place. 5 ⭐️.
