This practice is horrible I waited over 2 months an appointment to see Dr. Ramos. The Friday before my appointment which was scheduled on Monday they called to tell me he no longer sees patients In the afternoon. I explained I already took time off work. why was I scheduled in the afternoon and why am I being notified on Friday 4pm if my appointment is on Monday. They made little effort to schedule on 3 other dates that I had availability and did not seem to care either. Now I’m forced to find another rheumatologist.
I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this office. The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. Corey is attentive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I always feel heard and well cared for. I highly recommend.
The staff is always friendly, helpful & professional. Corey is always very nice, thorough, answers any questions that I have, & takes his time to go over things with me.
Tuve una excelente experiencia con el Dr. Ramos de Central Florida Rheumatology Consultants. Fue my profesional, atento y empático. Me encanto que hablara español y explicara todo con claridad. El equipo entero de la clínica fueron muy cordiales, incluyendo a su asistente, quien también habla español. Los recomiendo totalmente!
If I could give a zero I would! I had an appointment scheduled for 2:40pm here it is 4:45pm and have yet to be seen by Doctor Lance, he couldnt even pop in the room and apologize and give me the option of rescheduling nor letting me no theres and issue nothing. I guess since he has his money made he doesnt care about me, my time or loosing me as a patient.
