Dr. Feller and his staff are consumate professionals who truly understand the challenges of dealing with chronic illness. I would especially like to thank Tony Allen for his caring & efficient handling regarding my treatment concerns. I would also like to acknowledge the kindness & caring assistance I receive from Mykeil, Terra & of course my nurse Brenda. Together they all make me feel special & put a smile on my face even on my worst days. Thank you.
This practice is horrible I waited over 2 months an appointment to see Dr. Ramos. The Friday before my appointment which was scheduled on Monday they called to tell me he no longer sees patients In the afternoon. I explained I already took time off work. why was I scheduled in the afternoon and why am I being notified on Friday 4pm if my appointment is on Monday. They made little effort to schedule on 3 other dates that I had availability and did not seem to care either. Now I’m forced to find another rheumatologist.
I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this office. The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. Corey is attentive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I always feel heard and well cared for. I highly recommend.
The staff is always friendly, helpful & professional. Corey is always very nice, thorough, answers any questions that I have, & takes his time to go over things with me.
