I was told back in March they would call me back when they received the Drs referral. I called them after a week and they said they got the referral, but that I can't make an appointment yet and they'll call me when I can. I said are you sure they will call me back? She said yes. We are now days from entering JULY and I NEVER got a call back from them!
I have been seeing Dr. Corey for years, and he is the best rheumatology doctor I have ever had. Doctors like him are hard to come by. He is kind, caring, patient-focused, and always has my best interests in mind. He takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. We like Dr. Feller, but I cannot tell you the number of times we have been there and have waited anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes past our morning appointment time because he was “stuck in traffic.” Or he arrives late. He’s a really nice doctor and very knowledgeable, but we don’t feel we are treated as partners in our care or with respect for our time. HORRIBLE, it’s so hard getting help from the nurses at the office. I needed a prior authorization and waited WEEKS just to be told they don’t know how to submit the prior authorization. Mind you it’s an imaging center same plaza NEXT DOOR that’s INN with my insurance. IF THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS they would walk right next door and get guidance on what’s needed to order my MRI. It’s RIDICULOUS! It is absolutely impossible to make an appointment. I have been trying to for a month now. I have called 5 times, left 3 messages, and I've tried doing it through their online portal. Ive received no call backs or emails of any sort. Will be looking for another place.
