Excellent experience. Dr Randoph explained things thoroughly. The injection was painless.
Parents had 3:30 appointments but were told there over an hour wait! If this office consistently overbooks to maximize revenue at the expense of patient time, that’s disappointing and unprofessional. At minimum, patients should be notified well in advance if the physician is running that far behind so they can decide whether to keep or reschedule the appointment. Respect goes both ways. Disgusting office practices.
The staff were very nice friendly and helpful. Dr John Randolph was fantastic. He took his time to explain my condition and answer my concerns. He went rhrough the treatment plan without rushing. After my first treatment I left the office confident and I had no doubts that I was getting the best care possible for my eye. I highly recommend Central Florida Retina.
Absolutely 10 out of 10. I have been going there for years. I developed macular problems with my left eye and have been going every 8 weeks for an injection. This has drastically slowed down the degeneration. The care shown by the whole staff and by Dr Feinstein is very unusual in today’s environment. Would highly recommend!
