Dr. Waote and the staff were very thorough and efficient. People often complain about waiting for appoimtments without considering the multi step process in testing, imaging, revew and diagnosis and treatment. After visiting other retina centers, I will be most happy to have my treatment locally rather than Jacksonville.
The staff and Dr. Waite are awesome. The wait may take a while but the quality of eye care is worth it. Thanks Dr. Waite and your staff! I highly recommend
I had a wonderful experience with this office. Yes, the wait is long and the rooms are cold but I wasn't in a hurry and the Dr. had worked me in last minute. I'm grateful for their skills and professional manner.

I had an exceptional visit. Wasn’t a fan of all the bright light pictures but the staff did their best to comfort me. I must have had 6 different people through the process and they were all exceptional! Everything flowed very well through my appointment from check in to check out and everything in between. Dr Waite was extremely professional and explained everything to the T! Hats off to the entire staff A+
