Poor communication, poor management, poor services
Central Florida Quality Care has been a great support for our family. My brother, who is living with dementia, receives compassionate and patient care. Nurse Tashira and Richard, his Occupational Therapist, treat him with dignity and kindness, and we can see how much they truly care about his well-being. Having their support has given us peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. - NC
I had a family member use this agency, and there services were very great. I am very happy with there services. Everyone in the office were very polite when I contacted them. I am very pleased with the service from the nurses and aids I would recommend this home care service to everyone especially, Ramona .
