If it was possible, I’d give them less than one star if any at all. How do you recommend another office?
I have been seeing Dr. Layish for years now, and he is truly one of the greatest Cystic Fibrosis doctors I have ever met. As a CF patient, I have gone through countless doctors, but he is absolutely wonderful. If I ever have any questions or need help, this office never lets me wait for a response. Wonderful people!
I received a monthly asthma injection here for nearly three years. In the past six weeks, the level of care collapsed completely. My appointment was pushed into December due to “office closures.” Then, only three days before that appointment, I was informed the practice had been bought out and I was no longer in their system. Absolute joke. Can never get ahold of anyone via call or email. They take forever to call you back. I’ve been having an exacerbation for the past 4 days and my prescriptions are out of refills. I cannot get an answer on when they will be filled. This is not okay for patients with cystic fibrosis. Our medications are what keep us alive. On top of that, they’re extremely disorganized.
