I made an appointment with a pulmonologist and the person who showed up at the appointment was a nurse. I politely asked her, "Where is the doctor?" She left the room without saying anything.

The wait time here is ridiculous! We came in at 9:20am for a 9:30am follow-up appt. Was brought in the back at 9:35am after vitals and it is 10;15am and we are STILL waiting to see the doctor. Not sure what the wait or hold-up is. It's ridiculous. This place really needs to work on their time management!
Terrible place very unprofessional, they made my dad wait over 40 min in room cause they forgot about him, doctor spoke with him for 2 min and that’s it, waste of time, nobody says what to do or where to go after seen by doctor, condescending staff, don’t recommend
