Dr. Ali is an exceptional pulmonologist. He takes the time to thoroughly understand each patient's case, and I always feel that I am in the best possible hands under his care. After experiencing serious lung issues that resulted in two hospitalizations, Dr. Ali helped me regain my health and return to a normal life. Front desk were super sweet and got me back quickly, Dr Ali was also very kind and helpful. I saw a lot of negative reviews about long waits and rude front desk workers so I don’t know if they’ve gotten a new front desk team, but I would definitely recommend this place I had a great experience.
This has been the absolute worst doctors office I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They are incompetent. They do not call you back. They canceled appointments at the time that you were showing up walking in their door. They do not do follow ups. It has been a nightmare using this place. I have never been so disappointed in a doctors office in my entire life. I cannot believe that you are a part of advent health shame shame shame.
I made an appointment with a pulmonologist and the person who showed up at the appointment was a nurse. I politely asked her, "Where is the doctor?" She left the room without saying anything.
