I send an email for more information before making an appoinment, I was called back by the office manager, she had no desire of speaking with a customer, cero customer service skills and was upset because I was asking questions about her staff. I am looking for a physcologist who provides therapy, she said theirs do not provide therapy, so I asked about their therapist expertise and she said, they do not have expertise, they see general issues. My kid went here for an evaluation and when we got the report, wow. That man did not hear what my kid said or he heard what he wanted to hear or he twisted it around. Because 95% of what he wrote was so far from the truth. And to say that my kid was overreacting, he knows nothing about helping people.
Pro-tip: When you call to make an appointment, don't give the gal who's reading a script any information. If you tell her you're diagnosed with anything, she'll tell you that you can't be seen. If you pretend to not know why you're calling a PSYCHOLOGICAL office, then you'll be seen right away! I was told there were no clinicians that could see me because I already have a diagnosis... that seems bizarre. Girl sounded like a robot.
