Gerry williams is a con artist scammer and thief by nature he should be ashame of him self he took advantage of my 78 year old grandpa a highly decorated veteran and claimed to be a pool builder and took a deposit of $3000 and he never came back how can you live with yourself you crook . stay far away from him and use a repuable company as central florida pools by design is not that
Possibly the worst company I have EVER dealt with, Gerry Williams failed at every stage to adhere to promised timescales, lien imposed on my property through CFP not paying sub contractors timely. City of Kissimmee work permit failure notice issued that I had to pay contractors to rectify and here we are 3 years later still waiting for pool to be signed off.
We love our pool by Central Florida Pools by design....Gerry was great to work with! I would highly recommend this company for your pool needs!
Gerry was professional and organized. He understands pool designs Overall we are very satisfied with the finished product.
When asked by friends and neighbors what I would have done different regarding the building of my pool, the answer is simply NOTHING. Pools by design delivered and hit every promise from design, build, and budget. My families dreams are now a reality and we love our pool. Thanks to Gerry!!
