Dr. Melissa Alverez is the worst pain doctor I have worked with since 1993. After working with one pain clinic for over 25 years Dr. Alverez insists the protocol they fined tuned won't work for me. In my opinion Dr. Alverez is incompetent when dealing with long term chronic pain.
If you suffer and have pain don't go to Dr Alvarez. It's a big waste of time and money. But what's worse is that you will still be in pain .Terrible service and shouldn't be in the Dr business.

I wish there were no stars. I have been a patient of their's for 3years, i was left with out chronic pain medications. Due to the office manager's incompetence it was money billing over patient care. What happened to the time when Doctors oaths were to care for the person, not an oath to earn as much money as possible and sleep well. Shame on you Ocala officer manager.
Horrible Dr, does not care about patents well being. Saw me the first time, took less than 2 minutes-to rush me out of his office after cutting the medication I have been on for 10 years. Told me if I didn’t like it I could find a new Dr, so I did. If you live with chronic pain, DO NOT go here, you may end up worse than before.. Dr Shaker was Great, now there’s a new Dr, (and I use that term lightly), Oscar, that just does not give a care about people.
