Terrible customer service! Rude and disrespectful. Accused of me trying to commit fraud and all. The receptionist hung up in the middle of our call with an attitude for no reason telling me she can’t give me information I need to “figure it out “ Refused to give my husband information on his dental plan. 0/10 never have I ever experienced this type of unprofessionali and disrespect with “medical professionals” !
We had a great experience bringing my son in for his dental visit. The staff was very professional, friendly, and made him feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the visit went smoothly. You can tell they really care about their patients. Highly recommend!
The staff was great whenever I needed to come in for a problem. It was a long journey but so worth it. My smile turned out better than I expected. I’m happy with the entire process. I would recommend Dr. Kopuri’s office to anyone needing braces
Both of my kids had braces and it was a great experience for them. Their teeth look so good. The staff are really nice and the payment plan and autopay make the monthly payments easy. Dr Kopuri explained the treatment well and made my kids feel comfortable and at ease. My kids actually liked going to their appointments.
THE WORST AND THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IN THE ENTIRE CITY! THEY CALLED ME EVERY SINGLE DAY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND WE CAME THEY DIDN’T CHECK MY NIECE, BECAUSE I SHOULD HAVE HAD POWER OF ATTORNEY WITH ME! AND I WAS NEVER TOLD OF!!! NEVER NEVER GO THERE AND DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!
