Slightly helpful, but Mr Daniel Crofton can be a rude guy.
I had two wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Jeremy Gies and my experience from beginning to end was amazing from the front staff to the dentist himself. They took their time to explain everything to me; the procedure, risks, benefits, options and financials. During my procedure there were two assistants and one of them held my hand and was verbally encouraging me the entire process, what a blessing! The front desk lady with red hair was coughing like crazy. She looked like she had the flu. She lost her voice and they decided she should be the one to explain the surgery date. The next time I came in for the surgery she didn’t look up from her phone while I’m standing at the counter. The other staff were loud and obnoxious. These guys made the surgery much worse.
I’ve seen Dr. Gies several times for extractions and am very pleased with him and the office. The office staff and assistants are professionals and a pleasure to work with.
My son 11yr had a tooth extracted by Dr. Jeremy Gies in the Oviedo office and it was absolutely amazing! Not only did the doctor make my son feel extremely comfortable, he felt absolutely NOTHING! I was completely shocked by the ease that the doctor and his assistants put my son in. For a child who is not a fan of dentists and was extremely worried as to what would happen, he made him so comfortable.
