Too bad I had to change my 5 star review to a 1 star review when the best provider in the office left. The new provider Stacey Rivera is very unknowledgeable and uncaring. Its horrible when changing providers how you have my records in front of you and telling me you dont see important information in my chart that all other staff and providers ask me about every visit. I had a great first appointment with Dr. Paras Bajaj and his team. The office was very efficient, and I was taken back right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Bajaj has an excellent bedside manner. He was attentive, thorough, and took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly and worked with me to create a thoughtful, personalized care plan. Any necessary referrals were made promptly, making the entire process seamless. I love coming here, this is the most professional caring provider's office I have ever been to. I wouldn't trade them for the world!!!
Unbelievably bad. Do not go here. My sister came in for an infection and heard the health care staff including Melinda Morgan PA-C gossiping about her co-occurring disorder and making fun of her in the adjacent room. Shameful! Find a different location.
