If I could give zero stars, I would. Nothing about this office felt sanitary, professional, or like I was receiving proper care. I am extremely upset and disappointed with Dr. Juan Samaniego and the way my situation was handled. Not to mention, the wait times were absolutely ridiculous waiting for multiple hours each time I came. They need to space out appointments because this is a human being’s time. I definitely will not be coming back to this specific location, and I honestly cannot recommend it to anyone. I was going to the Institute of Oral Surgery in Winter Park/Orlando for a wisdom teeth extraction consultation. This would have been my first time having an extraction, so I am very particular when it comes to choosing who I trust to do this kind of work.
