This is one of the best dental offices I have been to in a very long time. Not only did the oral surgeon listen to everything I had to say and my concerns but also said if that was the route I wanted to take, as the patient I should have the last word on my treatment and that is the treatment I would be getting. The surgery scheduler was extremely helpful with all questions I had. She also listened to the concerns I voiced and validated them. Central Florida institute of Oral surgery and dental implants was the most welcome office. Every thing was cleaned from check in to check out I had an amazing experience. I’d like to give a big thumbs up to Aida and Carolyn at the front desk of the oral surgeon’s office. Carolyn checked us in and was extremely professional and polite while assisting my mother, who was very nervous about her first visit. She reassured my mother that she would be in very good hands, which meant a lot to us. After we finished the paperwork, Aida helped us at the front desk.
