First, they never returned a call from verification process from my husband's auto accident. I followed up 7 days later via phone. They provided false information and when I asked for the contact information of the insurance company rep (as they stated they could provide), the office manager stated, "you need to go somewhere else", repeatedly. VERY rude and disrespectful. Never again.
