This is the 2nd time we've used Central Florida Hot Tub repair and again we are extremely happy with everything. they are responsive and have excellent prices. Thanks again Will.
I will amend this review after he has fixed my tub, but I just have to say so far I am very impressed. He actually answered his phone (if you have tried calling a repair person lately you know how rare that is). Will was business like, friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. The first easy experience I have had after buying my property and trying to get everything up and running. Thank you Will.
If there were 10 stars available - Central Florida Hot Tub Repair would deserve 11! Outstanding COMMUNICATION. Will talked to me on the phone as to how to identify what the issue might be and what parts might be needed. I have very little intuition when it comes to repair, but Will walked me thru it. I took a picture and Will ordered the part. This saved one trip and at least two weeks of waiting for the part.
