Tom the owner has always responded right away when I’ve had an issue with the A.C system. Even when he was on a vacation day he came to diagnose the problem and a few days later I had a new system. I’m a customer for life. Highly recommend them!

Our central AC stopped working in a middle of a hot day. Not fun in Florida in summer. Next morning I call Tom not realizing that it was a holiday - Labor Day. Nonetheless, Tom took the call, arrived within an hour and in no time made our AC work better than before. Apparently, our AC unit was hit by a lightning a day before. Very happy with our experience with this company and with Tom in particular.

Tom was very professional and did not try to oversell us anything that was not necessary. When the time comes for us to upgrade our ac, we will call Tom.

Didn’t use their service, but the fact that the gentleman I spoke to helped me out over the phone speaks volumes. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat now.
