Worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider. The nurse staff is beyond unpleasant. They are rude and unprofessional. They also incorrectly coded my annual well woman visit resulting in me receiving a bill for a standard preventive care visit. After several requests from me and the insurance company for almost a month, this still hasn’t been corrected. I’ve never dealt with such incompetence.
