Beware of this company. I had numerous issues dealing with this company. They seldom answer their phones and when they do, they do not follow through with their commitments. I overpaid for the work they performed and when they hurried to finish my job the owner asked me to give the guys a tip. I received a 15-minute evaluation of my issues for the estimate and the price continued to go up throughout the process. Unbelievable. The business is probably gone under. The whole show room is empty. We dropped off two doors to get repaired and hadn’t heard from them for months. We went back to get the doors and our refund and that place is locked down. We found a man in the back and it looks like he’s down to about a three garage size areas on the side of the building. He seems like he has no authority to make decisions for refunds. I did get my doors back. Unfortunately, I think they’re going on hard times and he’s the only one left.
I cannot say enough- DO NOT spend a single penny near this business. I should be suing them. You will if you hire them. This was a horrific experience from the beginning. This father (Sal) and son (Casem) duo learned the art of how to screw people over and enjoy it. They also learned how to pass the buck with their favorite phrase, “that’s up to the manufacturer, we just install them.” RUN. I went into the store and got a quote. one of the best service I’ve receive, they took two glass windows out of my house from 3pm till 5pm and it was done to my satisfaction. This company knows windows 💪🏽
no communication... 3/4 of itstall in.. waiting 70+ days for 3 windows job still not done. rude on phone with no callback
