I haven't even been able to make an appointment, everytime you call to make an appointment they want to schedule you for 3 months after you call. Never seen soo poor customer service, this is why people just die and never check themselves.
Excellent staff, Dr Masid is the best very thorough
I had been going to this office for years because I love Dr. Madsi. Unfortunately, during my visit last month, the new staff was extremely rude, going as far as suggesting I find another doctor. It was disheartening to experience such poor customer service. I wish I could have spoken directly to Dr. Madsi about what transpired.
Not recommended at all. 🥴
