Staff was very friendly and professional no issues on first visit
During my recent visit to my eye doctor, I underwent an eye exam. The next step in the process is to obtain a pair of eyeglass frames. I selected a suitable frame, but unfortunately, it began to peel. I contacted the company and informed them that the frames were peeling due to their inadequate customer service. I had an appointment and you’re always told to come in early. Another lady came in 20 minutes after me and they took her back first. I politely asked was there a reason she went back before me and they stated her appointment was before mines. As a person who works in Medical front offices, I feel like if you come late for your appointment then you should have to wait. That is inconsiderate of the other patients who actually came early or on time. But the doctor was very professional and nice !!!
