The roof work itself was great, but three years later, we are still regularly finding roofing nails in our yard and on our pool deck. My wife literally just stepped on one and punctured her foot, and now she needs a tetanus shot. I’m completely shocked and disappointed that we’re still finding roofing nails around our property this long after the work was completed.
They were hired to replace the roof and gutters they did an outstanding job, we would highly recommend them. When they came to inspect the roof they made no promises just stated the facts.
My experience with Central Florida Equity builders was exceptional! I primarily worked with Justin Miller and he was great. He was very personable, professional and always extremely responsive. My overall experience was top notch and as a result I referred him to my daughter’s house.
Great experience working with this company. They repaired my roof quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. Justin communicated greatly through t the entire process. Everything was completed professionally and the area was left clean when they finished. I would definitely recommend.
Central Florida Equity Builders completed our new roof in April. We met with Erik, who was professional, courteous, punctual and honest. He kept us informed every step of the way. 7-8 people were on our roof and all around our house cleaning up constantly as they worked. They are an outstanding team who takes pride in their work. Thank you for the outstanding job - our roof is beautiful!!
