I love this Electric Company in Cross City, they've always been polite, & helpful.. I have only ONE complaint.. Their phones don't work over HALF of the times I attempt to call them, it rings 2-3 times than.. NOTHING.. NO PERSON, NO RECORDING, NOTHING BUT SILENCE!!! I know it's not my phone/ service because I've used other people's phones, it's been this way for 5 years now.. can call next day & it works, or couple hours after original call, it works..
