Unilaterally overcharged us by $1k and month for over 9 months while we tried to fight it. I called them over one hundred twenty times and spoke to people more than half the time and left messages the other half. I was always assured I'd be helped. I don't understand how this place is still in business when it us nothing but a scam and a ripoff. Save your money and sanity and just live in a motel. I have a friend who lives here. She has had nothing but problems with the management of her apartment. There has been flooding with standing water....else was told to mop it up with her towels while it is coming up through her floor. There has been mold, broken appliances and a variety of safety issues.....not a nice place to live
