As some who works in property management myself having an open application for over 3 months is honestly shocking and no communication for weeks and then having multiple staff members reach out not knowing the details. Just very unprofessional. Glad I chose to go elsewhere

La verdad dejan mucho que desear, En primera, cuando les pregunte si la mensualidad era lo que mostraba en el contrato me dijeron que sí que no habrían cobros fantasmas ahora me salen con otras cantidad no acordada, disque los cobros de algunas cosas varian. Cuando me entregaron el apartamento nos tocó limpiarlo, en la calle siempre hay caca 💩 de perro y gente famando en un lugar que se supone que no es de fumadores.
Moving can be stressful, but thanks to Kathy, Monte, & Mr. Beaver my experience was smooth, welcoming, and even enjoyable! From day one, they both went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for my move-in. Whether it was answering questions promptly, helping with codes. After I moved in, there were a few minor issues in the unit (as is normal), and Mr. Dave Beaver ( Maintenance ) handled everything quickly and professionally.
