Your team was very prompt in coming out to fix the problem and the door now locks, but the door now does not properly slide and is difficult to open and close.
The apartment below mine continues to smoke inside, even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking property. The smoke drifts into my unit no matter what I do — even if I turn my AC off and keep my doors closed, the smoke still comes in through the walls or vents. It causes me serious breathing problems and makes my home unhealthy to live in. I’ve reported this multiple times. It was great living here.
