This practice performed reckless & borderline elderly abuse! They lied to me about not having received approval for surgery but they never answer their phone! It’s impossible reaching them! To receive pain medication impossible! 3 weeks gone by without getting approval; The surgeon lied to me that I will be alright with mild pain! There are no follow up appointments! They are highly disfunction & appearing to not care for their patients!
