設備有些舊，槓片蠻多都生鏽了，器材沒有到特別多，好處是人蠻少的，而且，單次入場只要$10美金，week pass 20美金 旁邊就是跳跳床樂園，很適合全家一起來的好去處

Been in gyms all over the lake and the USA and this one is the WORST for people who don’t rerack weights. Every single day the machines are full of weight because the kids at night are too lazy to put them away. Terrible gym etiquette EDIT. I was kicked out for a social media post yes the guy who aggressively threatened me on camera 3 times was not. This owner cares ZERO about his members

Awesome gym. Good selection of equipment with some unique pieces. Very well organized and clean. Dumbbells up to 130 and plenty of plates. Color coded organization is a great idea. I'll be revisiting anytime in at the lake

Ima gym bro from Nashville Tennessee out here a couple days for work. This gym definitely shocked me. It’s got everything you need no matter if your body builder, power lifter, or just someone trying to get back right you gotta check this spot out. It’s got everything you need plus the owner is cool as hell.
