Poor Service and No Accountability: Spent 8 months waiting for Summit to resolve a service issue that should have been handled promptly. Instead of fixing the problem, we dealt with repeated delays, false alarms, disputed billing, and endless follow-up. Very disappointed with Summit Fire Protection. We experienced prolonged issues that remained unresolved for months, followed by repeated false alarms and ongoing follow-up efforts on our side. Instead of focusing on resolving the service concerns and applying requested credits, we received collection activity while the dispute remained unresolved. In fire and life-safety systems, responsiveness and accountability matter.
