I am writing to express my deep frustration with the experience I had at Central Fence and Supply Company. I made a concerted effort to arrive before closing time in order to purchase materials needed to fulfill a personal commitment to repair a fence. I arrived at 4:45 PM—a full 15 minutes before the posted 5:00 PM closing time—only to be turned away at the door.
