I went to get a quote for a fence gate for my house. I was given an email and was told to send the measurements and Rolando would get back to me. He never did. I called Friday and was told Rolando was out and would return Monday and call me with a quote. He never did. Tomorrow is Wednesday. Would Rolando respond to my email tomorrow Wednesday? Who knows! The question would be, if Rolando decides to no longer work there, who will take charge and work on these quotes?
