Contracted for a fence in June of 2016. The estimate was approximately $29,000. It was supposed to start after the 4th of July and take about 3 weeks to complete. The fence was finished on May 2nd, 2017. They built a complete house and a fence across the street in the same time. The final bill was $5,000 over estimate and Ken W*** couldn't reconcile the difference and tried to file a lien on our house.
