If I could give a zero rating, I would. This bank allows a predatory parking scam to operate out of their parking lot (even on Sundays when the bank is closed!) The parking signage is deceiving and the bank management is unwilling to hear criticisms of this exploitative practice.

I am making a complaint against this bank as I feel that they hired **************************** to prey upon people and wrongfully take money. I went to the bank and on Ashland Avenue on a Wednesday and it was closed. When I went back into the lot I had a boot on my car and was forced to pay ****** dollars indirectly for the bank. What a scam..

This is an absolutely terrible company. They treat neighbors and potential customers with no respect. I would never tell someone to bank with this company. I do hope they leave the neighborhood.

The Central Savings Credit Union at 1601 W Belmont Ave is taking advantage of customers who park in the wrong lot. I accidentally parked in the lot today and entered the neighboring Comcast. The Comcast staff immediately told me of the parking situation and I returned to find a boot on my car. It was applied the minute I left the lot by two attendants who are stationed on-site. Central Savings Bank, crumby neighborhood relations. Not a good Lakeview neighbor. Their giant lot, empty on a Sunday, because the bank is closed. But lurking in the shadows, like guerrilla fighters, dressed in fake "police" type uniforms, the boot brigade. Is it so important for this heartless bank, on a Sunday to boot people who park in their lot. $170 ransom for 5 minutes parking. Highway robbery. This is just a money grab. The same situation happened to me that happened to Patrick. I parked for a few minutes on a Sunday and my was booted as soon as I walked away. Not exactly a great local outreach plan when you let scumbag profiteers like Innovative Parking Solutions extort money from your neighbors.

I accidentally parked in the Central Savings lot to go into the ******* office. When I entered ******* the employee asked what I needed, I told him, and then he asked if I parked in the lot next door. I told him yes, and he told me to move my vehicle, that they'll boot it. I walked out to the lot and a boot was on my car, all in 30 seconds or less. When I complained to Central Savings, Ben told me they had problems with ******* customers parking in their lot.
