Can only say great things. The reception was super polite and helpful. The (I forgot name sorry) but she helped me before the doctor and she was absolutely amazing and tested me. Was easy to talk to. Let me say anything even if it sounded weird to me but she actually made me feel very normal. (I appreciated that.) and the Dr Gappy was amazing. I brought my mom here earlier today and, unfortunately, we both left feeling neglected. My mom doesn’t speak English, so I was translating for her during the eye exam. Instead of being patient, the doctor rushed through the process and even commented that if she didn’t answer ‘1, 2, or same,’ we’d be there all day. This made my mom feel pressured and uncomfortable. Dr gappy is very nice but receptionist and billing staff are pathetic. I keep getting billed even though I have paid my balance. Receptionist and billing company just blame each other. I do like Dr gappy but will not return due to contracted billing service that is horrible.
Great experience with this office! The staff was helpful and friendly while making the appointment and checking in. Dr. Gappy was prompt, thoughtful and thorough. I will definitely continue to use this practice in the future including bringing my children here.
