Can only say great things. The reception was super polite and helpful. The (I forgot name sorry) but she helped me before the doctor and she was absolutely amazing and tested me. Was easy to talk to. Let me say anything even if it sounded weird to me but she actually made me feel very normal. (I appreciated that.) and the Dr Gappy was amazing. I brought my mom here earlier today and, unfortunately, we both left feeling neglected. My mom doesn’t speak English, so I was translating for her during the eye exam. Instead of being patient, the doctor rushed through the process and even commented that if she didn’t answer ‘1, 2, or same,’ we’d be there all day. This made my mom feel pressured and uncomfortable.
