Dr gappy is very nice but receptionist and billing staff are pathetic. I keep getting billed even though I have paid my balance. Receptionist and billing company just blame each other. I do like Dr gappy but will not return due to contracted billing service that is horrible.
Great experience with this office! The staff was helpful and friendly while making the appointment and checking in. Dr. Gappy was prompt, thoughtful and thorough. I will definitely continue to use this practice in the future including bringing my children here.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dr.Gappy. My son had a freak firework accident that resulted damage to his eye. We first met Dr.Gappy in the emergency room, where he provided exceptional care during a stressful time. Took my son here to see Dr. Gappy, he was very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him!
Went in and the nurse was lovely and wonderful, but the doctor used the wrong name for me 3 times, and even when I gently corrected him, he ignored me. Then he kept pressuring me to make my kid get a surgery that is essentially cosmetic. Even when we both said she didn’t want it, he refused to stop telling us about it.
