An absolute legend
It would've been nice to make an appointment without rude receptionist. When originally calling I was placed on hold. So waiting for my turn I was able to leave a voice-mail to make an appointment. Upon coming back to work I get a call back from the receptionist to explain why she was so busy and why she couldn't take my call. As a customer I should not hear your excuses. Just be professional and make the appointment! I have decided to check other more professional location in the area who have patience with their customers ... read more
Dr.Gappy is very sweet patient and wonderful person. He takes his time to explain each and every aspect. He makes sure we feel comfortable and feel better. He is definitely not commercial and only cares about well being on his patients. Would 10/10 recommend him.
