Shout out to the 2 paramedics that arrived after I called 911 for help down the stairs so I could go to the ER and when I told them what was going on they said "that's crazy" and proceeded not to help me or touch me at all and told me that they were just going to give me "emotional support." Only reason I was able to make it down and to my transport is because of an outside party while they just watched. I hope to god they don't do this to someone that's old and alone thats in worse shape. Do better.
Only putting this to hopefully help someone else that WILL have the same problem. There is nothing wrong with the paramedics themselves. The problem with this place is they jump the gun and bill you separately from the ambulance company. They only supply the paramedics not the ambulance or anything else. So chances are you will get a bill from these guys within a month of your ride and then months later you’ll get a bill from the ambulance company charging you for everything included I.e. the paramedics, medications, service... read more
