Charge outrageous fees without confirming insurance for bed to bed transport. Prey on people in bad situations and charge thousands of dollars for a 2 mile ride. Disgusting
Darrien is the best at her job, she knows what she is doing, makes you feel comfortable, but above all stands up for her patients, and their rights.... she is the best at advocating for patients in pain. Her partner, I believe her name was Amanda, made us feel very at ease also, and was very knowledgeable, as well. Bad service so much attitude on phone delay pick up no explanation worse customer service
These guys are outrageously expensive and are out of network for most insurance. I am stuck with a $7000 ambulance bill because my doctor put me under a 1013 for having one brief suicidal thought. The medical field in this country is a racket.
My service this week from in patient rehab hospital to a skilled nursing PT facility wed about. It was excellent service. Staff Xavier, Derek & Grace were professional, courteous and friendly. They were on time and provided great service in making sure I had all my personal items before we left and when arrived in new room.
