Avoid using at ALL COST! My one month old baby had to be transported from Statesboro to Savannah, after almost 7 hours they finally arrived but didnt have the proper equipment to transport him safely. They had to use my car seat and then tow strap him down to the gurney! We went 59 miles and the bill was over $7000!!! they are predatory and force you to sign papers in the hospital when you're under duress. They will gouge on pricing. Please do not use them for transportation if you have an option. They have a poor rating (D-) on Better Business Bureau. Most of their complaints on BBB are about the astronomical bill. If they show up to transport you refuse their services if you can.
Charge outrageous fees without confirming insurance for bed to bed transport. Prey on people in bad situations and charge thousands of dollars for a 2 mile ride. Disgusting
Darrien is the best at her job, she knows what she is doing, makes you feel comfortable, but above all stands up for her patients, and their rights.... she is the best at advocating for patients in pain. Her partner, I believe her name was Amanda, made us feel very at ease also, and was very knowledgeable, as well. They were both extremely on task, proficient, professional, knowledgeable, and great under pressure, and stressful situations.
