After a repair my hammer drill chuck fell off on the first use, they then said to look at it there would be a charge since this was past their warranty period. Obviously an issue with the way it was put back together.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Around Christmas my 35 year old furnace failed. Two different furnace techs told me they couldn't get the required parts anymore, so I should just replace the entire furnace. I decided to pull the offending assembly ("draft inducer" - didn't even know what it was). Well, took it down to Central Elec, and they jumped on the task of trying to find a new assy (motor+fan housing) right away.
