Of the more than 15 places I have lived across the country, CEMC has the most unstable power grid I have ever experienced. I have lost countless hours of work and lost several expensive pieces of electronics that break due to power going out and coming back on repeatedly. I wish there were enforceable requirements for quality of service and customer discounts.
This has to be the worst electric company ever
Steve came to our res in the last 2 weeks concerning our power bills and what to do if anything to lower the cost. This months bill is within a few dollars of the same time frame from last year. Summer heat and humidity is driving it up, even with the thermostat set at 78 degrees.. He was helpful and patient with our questions.
Recently had service connected for a new house. Response was quick, service was connected promptly and they answered all my questions quickly.
If you don't pay they cut power if you lose power they don't credit you i bet no stock holders lose power as much as I do.i think they make more money when power is out .I think trump should check out the power company we going on 4 hours no storms
