THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST ELECTRICAL COMPANY. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR ‘EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.’ THEY TAKE CUSTOMERS WARRANTY MONEY AND DO NOT DO THE JOB. THEY REPORTED WE ABUSED CEILING FANS AND THEN BACKPEDALED WHEN I CALLED THEM OUT. THEY HAD US REMOVE A WHOLE WALL TO TRACE OUR ELECTRICAL WIRING ISSUES COME TO FIND OUT A SECOND COMPANY SAID OUR SOCKETS WERE BURNT OUT AND REPAIRED THEM ON THE SPOT. Per American home shield they were the contractors that were supposed to address my electrical service request. They initially came out but they request was never completed. They sent some information back to American home shield but the same information was never clarified with me and the service request was never completed. They just waited 3 weeks and closed out my service request out. Run away from this company.

Assigned by my warranty company. Didn’t send anything to the warranty company for weeks after coming to look at my problem, and their report to the warranty company was that nothing was wrong. The exhaust fan had to be unplugged prior to their arrival because it was shaking the entire home and they did not even plug it in to check the functionality. I was connected to Central Electric Company through my home warranty company. Guy came out and assessed the issue I had with the light in my kitchen. He determined that the ballast was bad and needed to be replaced but had to order the parts. He stated that he had to double check with the warranty company that it was covered (which it was). A couple of days go by, nothing. I contact the warranty company and the rep states that Central Electric closed out my service request stating that all work had been completed. Not true. ... read more
