This place needs shut down! It’s dirty. The reason they won’t let you have cell phones in there is because if you had proof of all of your rights that were broken you would own the place! They let patients touch other patients inappropriately. The Tech’s cuss, belittle and bully the patients. The nurses are not state certified. They give out the wrong medication. If you have options, stay away from here. My mother was admitted with cognitive issues and her assigned social worker had not met with her for at least 3 days after being admitted and had not read her chart. There is a general negative attitude among all staff as if it is inconvenient for them to answer health related questions. Nurses are unable to answer questions about what medications my mother was taking. Horrible customer service.
