Do not go here. I followed instructions for prep. I was not ready for procedure. Instead of a reschedule I had to come in anyway. Was charged for colonoscopy that was incomplete. ( I told them it was impossible to perform);I obviously have to do prep days earlier. I now have to wait another year We are NOT all the same. Just a guaranteed insurance payment.
WORST OFFICE EVER!!!! Was forced to cancel a post-procedure follow-up because I was unable to pay a bill for said procedure.. which I didn't even owe! After a nasty call with Heather in billing & their office manager Wendy, I decided to go elsewhere for my care. I would strongly advise choosing another Gastro.
Lol laughing to myself because my wife gave me the number to call to make the appointment here. The lady over the phone asked me have I seen a doctor regarding my stomach before I said yes a year ago but his appointments are so far out now that it’s pointless to make an appointment with that location so the lady said oh you might as well go to them since you are already established I said establish I’m not it was a year ago and I also have new insurance She said she cannot make an appointment for me because I’m gonna stab it... read more
