Excellent doctors and staff. They take care of their patients like family. It’s a welcoming environment. I highly recommend them.
Excellent doctors who take their time and listen. It’s a rarity these days. Turn over with office staff has occurred but they are learning.
While Dr. Neal is a great doctor, the practice is only as good as its office staff. Whenever I call I can never get through. I’ve left several messages that have gone unanswered. I wouldn’t even have to call if there was a patient portal. The only way to actually speak with someone is to go into the office. Then when I do, the office manager proceeds to argue with me about if the receptionists should have to pick up the phone or not. Saying they get hundreds of calls a day and there are only 2 of them. My experience with Central Delaware Family Medicine has been extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, this reflects an ongoing pattern rather than a one-time issue. First and foremost, communication is a major problem. Calls frequently go unanswered, and messages are not returned. For a medical office, this is unacceptable. Patients often call because something is urgent or confusing, and the lack of responsiveness creates unnecessary stress.
