They did a great job for DBA publication. Easy to communicate (via emails) and explained all the process and timeline, which actually followed the given timeline. Price is also reasonable if you look around other companies. The only reason I'm giving 4 starts is that they took so long or it's difficult for them to get a copy of newspapers. As I wanted to keep records, I asked them for a copy of newspaper after publication, but they said it took 1 week to get a copy and they never sent it back to me. They are not a government agency, but who cares. They are Great Company doing an amazing service. They helped register my DBA and file it and do the publications properly. I am very very grateful for saving me a lot of time and frustration. I didn't have to leave my desk, and I didn't have to deal with LA Traffic. The fee is very very reasonable. Thanks Guys!!!!
Got a fake letter from them saying "IMPORTANT NOTICE" while they pretended to be a government entity. How is garbage like this legal.
This company has been sending constant mail regarding last notice mail regarding DBA filing and acting like the LA County. This is scam company. Do NOT give them your money.
All staff are extremely friendly and helpful! They get the job done fast and flawless!!
