Paid off a debt , they never posted i paid it , dept of edu still shows me owning them , and no records they even have my acc
This is a fake booshy company
Phone number on their letter is wrong, also it states they are open on Saturdays but when you call they are not. And they are not updating my payments to the credit bureaus.
This company is trying to collect a debt from 13 years ago, that I verbally "settled" like 9 years ago. If you haven't gotten it yet, you're not getting it! Js
I got letter from them , that i own them $546.36 I don't know what that is about but paying them, I don't want the FBI knocking at my door.
