As a long time, happy patient of Doctor A (who recently left) - I had one appointment with Dr. Chen and will not be returning to this health care facility. During my visit for heart attack symptoms, he had not reviewed my chart to know anything about my medical history, including my immunocompromised status or recently processed blood work. After reviewing my chart while in the room with me, he stated he wanted to refer me to neurology to see if I had a mass in my brain causing my symptoms. I’m shocked at the bad reviews… this is a wonderful little clinic! I’m SO glad I trusted my intuition and went despite the low rating. All the ladies are helpful and kind and have very good energy. The office is clean and sunny. Dr. Altheimer was such a great doctor. It’s obvious she sincerely cares for her patients health over dollars - rare in today’s world. Highly recommend.
