Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was perfect, close to ferry terminal, train station, achievable walk to the city. Room was comfy and clean - a little dated, but very serviceable. All rooms have a balcony. The restaurant downstairs is great, but the local area is full of various cuisines. Highly recommended.
Great stay! The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything you need. The location on Park Road is perfect, good restaurants right outside, ferry stop across the road and easy access to the city. The river views from the balcony were a nice touch and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Brisbane. Highly recommend!
We love staying here. The rooms are well catered and the service we receive is exceptional. We have stayed many times and have never been disappointed.
I have returned now on a few occasions and this hotel is perfect at everything, from making you feel at home, fantastic service and the staff and manager at reception are so helpful and friendly. The location and views are great and set in a small town where there is so many lovely shops, restaurants and bars. Finally as l have been solo at this hotel l could not have picked a better place to feel comfortable and cared for by all.
Shower bath is not suitable to elderly.
