Highly recommended, for staff, service, outlook of rooms and building, and the location is just unbeatable.
They cancelled my reservation out of nowhere 3 days before my stay because I had booked way in advance and they realised their rooms were now in high demand. When I went to rebook the price was 6 x more expensive. Dodgy business. Don’t recommend.
The whole thing is dated: building, furniture, appliances and …. Also if on the ground floor, noisy as there is a busy restaurant on the level Maybe good as a budget accommodation but not more
An amazing place to stay not only due to it’s location, but also because of its great service and very helpful and friendly staff! Close to buses, ferry and train station. It’s a home away from home!
Great location. Immaculate room and so handy for a weekend in BrisVegas 5 years later - still our favourite hotel when we need to be in the City. I have to say that this time I booked through Expedia and it was way cheaper, but also the position of the room was inferior. Inside still perfect, but no view, no airy balcony and a bit of a sewer whiff. My fault - will book directly next time :)
