Booked for a king size bed - got a small room with a queen size bed - appears to be a problem with the way your communications are set up - never happened with previous administration.
Check in lady was lovely and even helped me out with bandaids. Rooms are looking a bit tired. Cold water on morning of check out didn't help, even though it was fixed by around 9am. No apology on check out for that and then get an email asking for a review that was all full of fun comments. Wasn't fun on check out morning. They did let us leave the car there while we went to breakfast, but we would have been back in time for check out anyway as it turned out. Location is good. Well appointed for public transport. Easy check in/out. Very helpful staff. Loved the central atrium and spacious 2 bed apartment. Thanks will definitely again! Note: shower over bath so not suited to a person with limited mobility.
4 night stay in a 5th floor One Bedroom Apartment with King Bed. All staff interactions were excellent with welcoming smiles and quality service. The well equipped rooms were larger than anticipated and escaping onto the balcony to sit and watch the river traffic was a real bonus. Parking was easy and reasonable at $10/night. The location was great with an easy walk to both ferry and train services. Local cafes and restaurants were plentiful. Unreservedly recommended !!
