Amazing service experience. Very friendly, and they let me park for a slightly extended time because I had a meeting the next day. Very quiet rooms. Would go there any time.
I have now stayed here a few times and I have found the reception staff accommodating and very friendly (particularly Kerry) The rooms are always clean, some people will complain about the hot water but once you know you know. Great location with only a short walk to an array of eateries and located close to Welsey Hospital. Bus stop also outside hotel and across the road
We have had numerous stays at The Cosmo (one for 4 weeks). We always feel very 'at home' in the cosy and comfortable rooms. The king beds are extremely comfortable and the doonas just the right weight. Whilst the room finishes are now getting a little dated (the building is not new any more) they are still in good condition. We love the location, it really suits us when in Brisbane visiting family and friends.
