i returned a external cd rom and had absolutely no problem and got a full refund. the person helping me was informative and told me their return policy was as long as the packaging was in reasonable condition. i also went back for technical support and they helped me right away so i could take my laptop with me. i needed a part that couldn't be ordered anywhere so the tech refered me to a place where i might get what i needed. i did, they had what i needed and i couldn't be happier.
I bought their "premium" HDMI cable and when I connected it to my new TV, the picture blinked and the sound popped. I brought it back with the original packing and a receipt and asked for a refund. They would not issue me a full refund but insisted on charging me a 15% restocking fee because I opened the package! (How else was I going to try out the cable?)
