First and last time purchasing from Central Computers. I bought some computer fans and paid $34.15 for expedited 2-day shipping charge. I received the items after 4 business days and reached out about the delay and that the service level paid for was not fulfilled. Their only response was to blame it on the the carrier. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, repair work done on my desktop and its working like new.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I bought a Moza sim racing wheel and purchased 2 day shipping only to wait over a week to get the wheel initially. Received the wheel and a magnet was not glued in all the way properly on the back but everything worked fine so I just ignored it. Definitely my mistake. A couple weeks later in the middle of using it the right middle paddle shifter most commonly used to upshift stops working. I look inside behind it and a magnet has come loose.
